How do I segment my audience…” at 12:00 Megan asks Stacy how to segment her audience to drive them to the right place.  Stacy talks about how to utilize more than one funnel and how to properly target and tag customers.

I need to grow my team…” at 18:50 Megan shares with Stacy that she is ready to hire a Social Media Manager.   Currently, Megan is doing it all in her business.   Stacy gives her tips on where to start and the things her new hire should focus on.

Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!

As an entrepreneur, we have enormous dreams and we want big results - like yesterday.⠀Our high expectations and standards can be hard to live up to.⠀It’s not about working and hustling all day and night sporadically. (That will only lead you to burn out).

The massive leaps we are looking for actually equate to consistent action every single day in our business.

It’s really about one step at a time. Ask yourself what is ONE thing you can do today to keep moving forward?⠀That one question can lead to a dramatic increase to your bottom line.⠀

Know that sometimes you will get stuck, scared, or frustrated when something doesn’t go your way. Every business success and failure is an opportunity to learn and grow. Doing so will lead to answers.⠀Unfortunately, these are not always the answers you want, but they will stretch you as a business owner.⠀

If you continue to show up and be consistent, your business will thank you for it!

This week on the podcast we are talking all about PR and Media with my guest Katrina Cravy. Katrina is an Emmy award-winning TV personality, a TV and radio personality, entrepreneur, and true American-dream believer dedicated to helping others create and communicate a story that sells!

Here are a few highlights from the podcast you won’t want to miss:

"How can we get on these outlets..." at 2:23 Stacy and Katrina talk about what you can do for a news station to talk about your business.  Katrina lets us in on her 'must-have' formula.

"This is the biggest mistake I have ever seen..." at 9:38 Katrina reveals to Stacy the biggest mistake she has ever seen in her 20+ year career.   HInt, it has to do with your press release!!!

"They need to be involved in doing that..." at 18:30 Stacy and Katrina chat about the questions to ask yourself when considering how you can benefit the audience of the news channel.

Find out more about Katrina at katrinacravy.com

Reflecting has been a huge part of my goal-setting process, and you will see why today!

This is going to be a really great episode because I am committed to being honest and transparent and showing what worked, what didn’t and what new things I will be doing in 2020. (And the reasoning behind it).

Here are a few highlights you won’t want to miss:
