Welcome back to episode #288! In case you haven't realized it yet, relationships are by far the most important thing in our life. And relationships, just like business, take intentional effort, time and attention. And with that being said, I think this quote fits perfectly..."Rome wasn't built in a day... but it was worked on everyday."

The first step to making our relationships the best they can be is work. So on today's episode of the podcast, I want to share with you about the 5 love languages and what steps I have taken to strengthen the relationships with those most important to me. (Trust me, this will overflow into your business too, whether it be relationships with your team, your clients, etc).

“I haven’t been as focused on trying to improve there…” At minute 2:53, I’m going to dive much deeper into personal than I will business but if you are thinking this won’t help your business, you couldn’t be more wrong.  It is so important that things at home are great so that it doesn’t negatively impact what we’ve got going on in our business. Hear why I rarely have outside areas of my life in my top 3 goals and why it brings me guilt.

“A score to tell me if I was hitting out of the ballpark or barely making it...” At 6:51 I was at a Tony Robbins event and I purchased some of his audio programs including one on relationships. I thought I didn’t need the program, but I could think of other people that did.  I came home on a mission to fully engage and make sure that I do everything I can to keep that love growing.

“His love tank will slowly start to empty…” At minute 15:17 I’m sharing my insights on the book, The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. My husband and I both took their short quiz to find our love languages and I’m telling you why this was SO powerful for us.

“I was too busy to play and she knew that…” At 20:23 I share how kids are the same way as adults. They have love tanks and certain things they appreciate more and it’s important to again make sure you are doing all 5 but find out what makes them feel the most loved. I did an activity with my kids and I’m sharing that with you plus a big realization I had.

I now realize that there are so many things we as a family can be improving on, which will lead into other positive results in other areas including business! If you loved this episode, leave a podcast review and share your feedback and be sure to tag me on Instagram, @stacytuschl!

Welcome back to episode #287! I'm so excited for today's podcast episode! I got the chance to catch up with my good friend Lori Harder. I went to her book launch back in May and it gave me so many ah-ha moments and I couldn’t believe how much I learned. You are in for a treat so let’s jump in!

“It couldn’t be further from where I started…” At minute 2:35 Lori gives us a look at her story, her journey and why she wrote her book, A Tribe Called Bliss. Lori’s background is a major part of her story that gave her eye opening moments that led her to where she is now.

“It is the most rewarding thing that you will ever do…” At 9:40, hear how you can start to create new habits and change your environment. Lori gives her tips on how to create change no matter how big or small it is!

“You’re becoming them and they’re becoming you…” At minute 12:34 Lori tells us her why behind the book and why having a tribe is SO important. Hear how she transitioned from the midwest to L.A. and what you can do to find your tribe.

“I’m not going to grow without bringing new ideas into my life…” At 20:36 Lori tells us what types of tribes she is a part of and what that looks like for her. Hear about the masterminds she is in and what they provide her.

“It will remind you of the way we were meant to be…” At minute 24:27, Lori and I talk about the 7-agreements to have with your tribe that are in her book but I pick just one: no-gossip. This topic gave me a huge breakthrough at Lori’s book launch a few months ago. I ask Lori to dive into gossip, how we can separate the good from the bad and how to work through situations that involved gossip. PLUS, Lori shares one last takeaway!

If you are loving this episode with Lori, you can find her book, A Tribe Called Bliss on Amazon or at atribecalledbliss.com and connect with her on social @loriharder! As always, if you had a big takeaway from this episode be sure to screenshot this episode and tag me @stacytuschl.

Hello Empire Builders! It's time for another Flash Friday and I want to share a quick tip I learned from my friend, Kathrin Zenkina. Once I heard this my whole mindset on money completely changed. Instead of looking at what we don't have, we need to focus on what's available to us.
