Dreams, hopes, desires, passion, ambition and goals…
These are the things that make you into the person you are today and the person you most want to be. Goals and ambitions undoubtedly play a crucial rule in your success. However, there’s more to this than meets the eye.
Strategy, smarts, brains…everything falls flat if you don’t work on the KEY element.
And that’s mindset.
Yes! I just said that. And if you’ve been in the entrepreneurial space for a while now, you must be familiar with this concept.
You hear experts talking about “work on your mindset”, “pesky little limiting beliefs”, “self-sabotage” and stuff like that. The thing is, you keep hearing all this yet you keep ignoring it.
When you think about building a 6-figure business, you roll up your sleeves and sit down to create a game plan. You come up with a strategy, all the resources and set your goals. You then start shooting for stars – one after another, but end up falling flat on your face.
You know why?
Because no matter how bad you WANTED it to happen, you never BELIEVED it.
Somewhere at the back of your head, you kept thinking about all the things that could possibly go wrong, all the reasons why it won’t happen or explanations that your offer is not good enough.
So it goes without saying that mindset work is as important as strategy, systems or smarts.

Yesterday we talked about shaping your vision, getting clear about your truest desires and owning them by writing powerful statements of intention. WOW! That was fun.
And today, our focus is: Phase it Up - Breaking your BIG vision into tasty chunks (a.k.a. achievable phases) so you can finally live the life of your dreams.
Today, we will break down your dream into phases. It can be 3, 5 or 7 phases just so you can easily achieve each phase and move one step closer to your dream.
Let me give you an example: Your dream is to have an internationally renowned business that is impacting not hundreds or thousands but millions of lives.
This is how you’ll map out your 2018.
[ASSUMED] VISION FOR 2018: Be a bestselling author and generate $100K in revenue.
Phase 1 – Map your book idea and hire help (either a coach or an accountability buddy)
Phase 2 – Begin writing the book alongside making a visibility plan for audience building
Phase 3 – Start list building and begin establishing your expert authority as you write the book
Phase 4 – Finish the first draft and either submit to a Publishing Agency or run it by an editor
Phase 5 – Draw up your marketing plan and connect with a publicist for book signing and talks
Phase 6 – Give your book the finishing touches and finalize the draft
Phase 7 – Pre-Sell your book and ramp up the hype on your network (email, social media, local)
Phase 8 – Launch and take on the world.
Now you see, the vision may have seemed quite big (and clichéd), but when backed with a plan, it is realistic and achievable.
Your turn: Think about your vision for 2018 and then break it down into phases. Few key factors you need to keep in mind are:

Do you want to start getting more clients and making more money?

Hence, you need to SELL your offer.
Seems ridiculously simple, doesn’t it?
Still so many awesome people I know just keep sitting on their offers, worried about facing judgment, rejection or failure.
Let me ask you a question.
How many times have you spotted a person you could help and said, “Hey, I’ve got the solution to what you are going through right now! Why don’t you try it and see how it makes a difference?”
Umm…NEVER, I assume.
You see, selling out an offer is a process. It takes time and most importantly, it takes commitment to make a difference with your amazing work.
Your initial attempts may fall on deaf ears, your posts may not get as much engagement as you had expected, people may not respond right away….
But this is where consistency, grit and follow-up techniques come in handy.
Day 5 – SELLING YOUR OFFER
Day 5 of the “5 Days to Your Irresistible Offer Challenge” is all about selling your offer in a way that feels good and empowering.
The fastest way to validate your offer, attract new clients and perfect your sales process is to create a BETA version of your offer or to pre-sell it to a handful of people in exchange for a raving case study.

Today, we are going to pin-point how exactly you’re going to stand out in the marketplace with an offer that is a no-brainer for your people as it’s being delivered EXACTLY as they want it!

Putting yourself in your client’s shoes has NEVER been more important that it is today.
Research is your best friend, ask them and deliver it!
You’ve got an offer.

We are all in business to make money, there is no denying that.
But how we make that money is equally important to the life and sustainability of your business.
We can either use “push” tactics to make people buy your offer… OR… we can “pull” the perfect clients in with a well-designed and beautifully-priced offer.

Pricing is as much an art as it is a science, one that relies on market research as well as psychology of your perfect person.

Welcome to Day 5 of our 5 Day Launch Challenge! We're talking about 3 deadly launch mistakes that you want to avoid! The whole point of launching is to be as successful as possible, so today we are talking about some of the mistakes that many people make when they launch.
The 3 Deadly Mistakes of a Product Launch:
1. Jumping Into a Launch - Sometimes it is tempting to just jump into your product launch! You can easily have unrealistic sales projections, which will make it worse on you when it doesn’t meet your expectations.
2. The 6 Figure Illusion - we think that achieving 6 figures in a launch is common place, and it’s not actually all that easy to hit that number. Someone having a 6 figure launch has probably launched products multiple times. Don’t give up after your first launch. Keep working on it and launching time after time.
3. Overconfidence - there is a fine line between being confident and being too confident. A launch isn’t easy and it’s not easy to hit big numbers. There is so much work behind the scenes, and personally, I have prepped for about 4 weeks before I launched. Have a strategy to make sure all your time is going into planning your launch.
Showing up and being consistent will give you the confidence you need to sell out your program.
Setting realistic goals, that are also ambitious is a good idea! It’s all a numbers game!
