Today I'm interviewing Brittany Krystle who is a LinkedIn expert. Everyone tells me I need to be on this platform, but do I really? Well I looked into and found Brittany! I'm picking her brain and getting behind the scenes on why you should be on LinkedIn too. She's worked with people like Gary Vee and Marie Forleo...she knows her stuff so let's dive in!

I get so many comments about how amazing my work schedule is throughout the school year, that I figured if I give you a sneak peek into my summer schedule you may just be mind blown! So many small business owners equate working more to making morebut that just isn't always the case. With a little intention and preparation, it truly is possible to work smarter and not harder this summer and still create the same amount of income and impact.

Facebook ads are a vital marketing strategy that you can't afford to miss out on or mess up, which is why today I am interviewing my good friend and fellow mastermind member, Rick Mulready. Rick and I have been in a mastermind together of the past couple of years, and he has always been my go-to guy when I have any Facebook ads questions!

"Learn enough to make yourself dangerous..." Welcome back to another episode! Today is really special because I'm bringing my sister Jamie on the show. Jamie and I are super close and she has been my general manager t the studio for the last 11 years. Jamie is not a podcaster but I'm so happy she said yes to doing this! Hear us talk about if you should work with family members, building a team and systems and if it's a good idea.

"Am I hiring someone just because she's my sister?..." At minute 3:21, we are diving right into what kind of experience Jamie had, where she was and when she started working for me. were there any doubts, what was she thinking and if she was nervous to work with family. How I've stepped away from being the intense visionary Im used to for the studio and we're also talking about innovating staying on top of new things and why Jamie wants to go to more conferences now. is she ok not owning part of the studio.

"You have to decide who's in charge of what and let them own that specific thing..." At 55:33, we're talking about the perks of working with your family and why we think this has worked for us.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but She's Building Her Empire and I have officially broken up. (I hope it won't be the same for you and I!) One of the biggest realizations I have had over the past couple of months is that I wasn't fully stepping into and utilizing my credibility...Now, if you want to hear *all the things* about this name change and the new direction I am heading, make sure to listen because I rip the band-aid and expose it all!!
