Welcome back to another episode of Foot Traffic! I'm interviewing Julia Foster who has a local brick and mortar meat department. She has been an amazing client and we are going to get into really good topics today. Julia gets vulnerable and open about her numbers being down compared to last year and we are going to talk about the importance of tracking, what numbers she should be tracking, which ones are red flags. I'm giving her actionable items that she can implement and asking some questions you might not be thinking to ask yourself. This episode is for you no matter what industry you are in!
