What are your thoughts about money? Are you happy with the amount of hours you are working and the amount of money you are taking home? Everyday I talk with small business owners who are focusing on their gross revenue, without even acknowledging their net revenue, and the net is what I really care about! (Not sure the difference? Don’t worry! I will explain both of these types of revenue in the episode). Now, we aren’t actually going to take a tour inside of my bank account today, BUT I am opening up and sharing some things on money I know I’ve never shared with the public before!

And yes, I share everything from money habits (both good and bad), things I’ve learned when dealing with money and an exercise for you to do today that will help you breakthrough your money mindset issues.

"It does not mean I have a million dollars in the bank..." At minute 0:40, I'm sharing my thoughts on why I think a lot of business owners are under-educated about money. I've been through this so I want to make sure I can spread some light on a few things! We're discussing the difference between gross revenue and net revenue plus the money habits that result in business owners not paying themselves what they should be.

"Some of this stuff is so made up, it's not even real..." At 11:41, hear what you should actually care about when it comes to money and what you should be asking your coaches and mentors. I'm talking about the importance of figuring out how to be a good judge of character of what you are looking for when we start to compare ourselves to other people.

"What do I actually need to pay myself to afford my lifestyle..." At minute 22:28,  I'm giving you a few questions I want you to ask yourself to make sure you feel in alignment with yourself for the rest of the year.

We are doing a special series all about powerhouse entrepreneurs! Now I'm not coaching Martine on-air today but I have been throughout the year in the Powerhouse Mastermind. Martine is going to share what's working, what's hasn't, some of her biggest takeaways and so much more!  These powerhouses are just like you and me and once you hear her story you will hear how much we can relate to them and how much a mastermind can help your business.

"I knew I had to invest to get to that next level..." At 9:56, Martine is sharing her biggest breakthrough and the personal discoveries she's had this year while being in Powerhouse. We're diving into how to work through the mindset of knowing what you're really worth and to not be intimated by what someone else's journey looks like.

"My superpower is encouragement...I believe I can believe in people before they believe in themselves..." At minute 17:42, we are talking about how important it is to take action and why we shouldn't be afraid whatever the result may be. Hear the mistakes of making huge pivots too quickly and the strengths Martine brings to the table in her business.

"Be willing to take the leap..." At 22:46, Martine is sharing what's to come for her in the next 6 months, her advice for finding the right mastermind and what she did to find one. Martine gives one piece of advice and how you can move forward and have the success you're looking for!

Today I want to share with you an exercise I have been doing that can really improve your business. Not just your business but any problems you have personally too. Entrepreneurship can have the highest of highs and the lowest of lows and it's crazy this can happen...but it does.

"One simple tweak can completely change the outcome..." At minute 0:40, I'm sharing with you what Brooke Castillo calls, 'The Model'. I'm diving into examples of some things you may be feeling and how we can move ahead to change that. Let's walk through how a circumstance is influenced by our thoughts and actions.

"Your thoughts are destroying your dreams..." At 6:39, hear a few more examples of how something has to happen in order for you to even think about it.

"When I think like that, I feel confident..." At minute 13:46, I'm sharing the circumstance and the thoughts that were hurting me. We have to realize when we are saying things about ourselves, others or our business that they hurting us. Plus, I'm giving you a challenge!
