Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast! You've probably heard me talk about the Muse headband for over 2 years and today I get to interview the founder, Ariel Garten. Ariel is a psychotherapist, a neuroscientist, an entrepreneur and a mom. I'm a huge fan of this meditation practice and we are talking about why we should be doing meditation, how often, how long and so much more! Ariel even takes us through an activity that immediately clicked for me of why I do daily meditation practice. Let's dive in!

"Meditation is the one thing that is really worth making time to do..." At minute 0:40, we're talking about why meditation is important and how it can help high performers. Hear how you can add more time to your daily life just by meditating.

"You can actually change the contents of your thinking, you can change the relationship to your thoughts..." At 6:48, hear the story behind Muse and more of what it is from Ariel. Ariel is sharing her entrepreneurial journey and how meditation has played a role. Plus, can you be doing meditation wrong?

"I can move my mind somewhere else and try to see a new opening..." At minute 14:10, Ariel shares a tip that we can do to be aware and recognize our thoughts on a daily basis. Hear a few tips to get started with mediation, how long you should be doing it and how many times per week. Ariel shares the most important tip for meditating!

"The mindset of an entrepreneur is really one in which everything is possible..." At 19:38, we're talking more about negative thoughts, imposer syndrome and fear of failure. How can we over come those barriers? Ariel takes us through a powerful exercise to kill our inner critic!

"I am good enough, I can do it, I am capable..." At minute 28:41 what can we do to be empowered in our own mind and go from the negative to the positive, how can we push our inner critic aside in daily life. what is to come for Ariel in the future, plus hear when we can start to teach this to our children

Welcome back to another episode of Foot Traffic! This episode is all about saving you more time and making you more money. I've realized I haven't shared productivity hacks with you lately and I know so many of us are asking ourselves how can I be more efficient. These are the 12 rules that I have set for myself that I want to share with you and hopefully you can apply one or all 12 to your daily routine!

"The biggest thing we can do for ourselves is really, truly take a break..." At minute 0:40, hear the three ways that I've been implementing to help myself take a break and leave the computer at home. This includes a few tips to getting away even if it's just for a day and how adding a few workouts a week can be one of the best things you can do for yourself and your business. Plus, hear why I take a daily walk.

"I never hit the snooze button on an alarm clock..." At 6:02, I'm talking about my new wake up light (yes, this gadget is a game changer!). I'm also talking about balancing family and how I make sure I'm being present during that time.

"That is the worst idea you could ever do..." At minute 10:47, hear my daily habits that have been working really well including how I handle emails, social media, computer time, and why I block certain times on my calendar every week.

"Where do I fall with these people?..." At 19:00, we're talking all about up-leveling and how I connect with my peers. Hear my rule about never settling and I'm being SUPER honest about showing up and looking professional.

These are the 12 things that I'm doing and have set in place with boundaries to be a high performer. I would love to hear what rules you have put in place so tag me on Instagram, @stacytuschl!

We have short mini course called High Performing Hacks! I really want to be sure you don’t miss out on this because creating these systems are the absolutely *essential* foundation for creating a thriving business and a happy life. Welcome back to another episode of Foot Traffic! Today I'm interviewing Adrienne Dorison, the co-founder of Run Like Clockwork. I read this book and knew immediately I had to chat with Adrienne! We're talking about how well your business can run without you. Adrienne is going to walk us through some steps that can prepare us for things that pop up unexpectedly so we know our business will run without us, no matter what. Let's build a real business with a solid foundation and set up systems to be ultra efficient!

"The #1 thing that's going to come up is resistance to letting things go ..." At minute 2:15, Adrienne fills us in on her background and everything you need to know about her. She shares the biggest problems she sees when a small business owner comes to her. Hear if this clockwork strategy will actually work for everyone.

"Growing a team means a bigger headache..." At 9:20, I hear a lot of people struggle with seeing having a big team means a big headache. If this is something you are thinking, you need to hear this! Plus, are people coming to Adrienne as anti-team? Hear her insight into what people think about teams and what their approach at Run Like Clockwork is. Plus, we're talking more about teams and decision making.

"You're mix should look very different than the company's..." At minute 17:20, in the book, there are four 'D's'. Doing, deciding, delegating and designing. We're diving into the last two, delegating and designing, and Adrienne tells us her suggestions for what percent we should be striving for with each of these in our business.

"We want to design something that isn't dependent on either of us..." At 23:18, we're talking about what happens when someone steps out of the business for a long time and what could possibly happen if you are the main person bringing in the revenue. Adrienne shares a story and a scenario from the book that could happen to anyone, at any time.

"It's about the role not the individual..." At minute 28:38, Adrienne goes deeper about the idea of QBR (Queen Bee Rule) from the book. Hear why if certain roles are not getting served other positions will not survive.

If you want to connect more with Adrienne, head over to www.runlikeclockwork.com where you can buy the book, get free resources, learn more about team and their programming and check out the podcast! @runlikeclockwork.com book, free resources, team and programming podcast

Welcome back to another episode of Foot Traffic! Sometimes we have to do things we don’t enjoy now, to get to the benefit (or where we want to go) later. We live in a world of instant gratification. If it doesn’t bring immediate satisfaction or results, we don’t want to do it. For someone like me who is a doer, this is extremely hard, however, I am now reaping the rewards! And in the long run, I am moving my business forward faster and more efficiently.

"Don't you do things everyday that you don't really want to do so your business can thrive?..." At minute 0:40, I'm reflecting on what worked and what didn't work for our latest launch of the Foot Traffic Formula. Hear how every idea I come up with I think is the most amazing but why that's not always a good thing and how advice from a coach mentor or someone on your team is necessary plus the proper timing.

"Not trying to sell but really trying to understand..." At 5:19, I'm sharing my second tip which is listening to our customers. This can be SO powerful to build those connections, showing that you care and you're here to help. Not only that, but making sure we invest time to the right customer.

"You have to start moving forward, taking action..." At minute 9:42, let's talk about indecisiveness and what to do when our customers can't decide if your product or program is what they need. Plus, why we need to stop playing the victim role and understand that we will get burned during entrepreneurship but that doesn't mean to stop taking action or risks.

"It's not going to happen if you're not willing to make those sacrifices..." At minute 15:14, we're talking about taking consistent action and holding ourselves accountable. What is it that's holding you back from being the business owner you were meant to be?

Did you miss this round of the Foot Traffic Formula! Don't worry...another round is coming soon! Head to www.foottrafficformula.com and get on the wait list to make sure you get in early, receive extra coaching AND special bonuses.

Welcome back to another episode of Foot Traffic! Let’s face it, if your business isn’t growing it is plateauing! But what if this could be fixed with one simple tweak in your thoughts? What if you are simply telling yourself things that are simply not true…I have someone who can help you do just that. In today’s episode I'm excited to introduce you to my good friend, Dr. Shannon Irvine. Shannon has her PhD in neuropsychology, is the host of the Epic Success Show podcast and in this interview she is going to walk you through an exercise that will help you quit stalling your business!

"But yet they don't believe in themselves enough to actually execute that..." At minute 1:50, Shannon shares her background with us and what led her to where she is now. We're diving into all things mindset and how our stories are hardwired and automated to our thoughts, making us feel stuck.

"The place that fires 80-90% of the time is your subconscious mind..." At 7:35, we're talking about what we can do when we've grown up a certain way or have been in a certain environment that becomes part of our story. Dr. Shannon gives advice on how we can begin to rewire our brains and those stories. Plus, hear the trick she uses with her clients and the 4 steps she uses in neuro-coaching that she takes people through to reverse engineer the stories we've created ourselves.

"You get to powerfully choose to become the creator of your thoughts..." At minute 20:02, hear how easily we can figure out the stories we have told ourselves whether you know what they are or not. Dr. Shannon explains how the stories are easy to hear if you stop running away from stress and resistance.

"The doors open when your belief changes..." At 30:13, I'm sharing the story in my head that was holding my business back. Plus we talk about how our thoughts happen before our emotions and the thoughts we are repeating over and over again become our beliefs that get stored in our subconscious.

If you found this episode powerful, be sure to connect more with Dr. Shannon! Find her on social, @drshannonirvine and visit her website, www.drshannonirvine.com where you can prime your brain a little more with her brain hacking audios!
