So excited to have you here today! Learn how to use story to stand out and increase engagement on social media with Jen Casey! Jen is a business strategist for wellness coaches and host of the Social Media to Sales Podcast.

“There’s more to life…” At minute 2:24 Jen dives in with her background and her story. She started her first online business in 2011 as a Network Marketer during the early days of social media. After working in a restaurant and feeling stuck in her life, Jen decided to make a change.

“I left out the parts that actually made me, me…” At 7:36, After Jen shares her story, Stacy and Jen talk about how to create and craft your story without being cookie-cutter and what we think we are supposed to say. Jen shares how her story has changed since the beginning and how you need layers to your stories to make it feel authentic.

“Showing them some of the lowest moments, and some of the biggest…” At minute 11:20 Stacy challenges you to look at your story and with every sentence ask yourself how can you go deeper? How can you go underneath what you are trying to say? Jen talks about how you can decide what to include and what to leave out of your story.
